FTA appoints Emma Freney creative specialist

FTA has announced that Emma Freney has joined Flexographic Technical Association’s professional staff on April 2, 2025, taking on the role of creative specialist. According to FTA, she will play a key part in shaping the visual identity of FTA’s marketing and communication efforts, ensuring that branding, digital content, and promotional materials effectively engage and inspire.

With a strong background in branding, packaging, and web design across platforms like Shopify and WordPress, Freney brings a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating compelling visuals.

“Her experience designing e-commerce listing images, Amazon enhanced content, and marketing collateral— ranging from banners to booklets — has honed her ability to translate complex ideas into striking, effective designs. Having worked on both fast-paced small teams and in larger collaborative environments, she thrives under tight deadlines and values strategic teamwork,” FTA says.

Freney looks forward to applying her creative expertise and organizational skills to enhance FTA’s design and marketing initiatives.
